Hi, I’m Sophia Lindop
Welcome to my kitchen. I am so excited to take you on this food journey to Lebanon, a tiny Mediterranean country with a rich culinary history!
I was privileged to begin exploring the flavours of Lebanon from a very young age in the kitchens of the women in my family. This voyage of discovery continued with every visit I made to Lebanon, meeting and getting to collaborate with celebrated chefs.
I was born into a Lebanese family and currently call beautiful Cape Town, South Africa, home. On Saturday mornings I open my kitchen to small groups and together we explore the rich tapestry of flavours that is Lebanese cuisine.
These events have gathered such a reputation, and more and more requests are coming in from other parts of the world, eagerly wanting to be part of this exclusive clan. I created this course just for you!
